And other car maker stops Diesel engines

8:34 AM 0

On companies that will "kill" Diesel engines will also be added and Honda, which according to a reliable info will gradually cut off sales of diesel cars to completely eliminate them by 2021. They will at least informally take their place. an electrified and purely electric drive set to "electrify" its entire range in Europe by 2025!

The big goal, of course, remains: the Japanese company wants electric car sales to make up 2/3 of the total by 2030, while currently representing more than 10%. As such, Honda has decided and announced that the optimum way to reach the 95 grams of CO2 per kilometer for 95% of cars sold by 2021, as defined by European Union regulations, is electricity.

For Honda too, the transition to the electric age has already begun as the new CR-V no longer offers a diesel engine but a hybrid set instead, while the new Jazz will be available exclusively as a hybrid.

Incentives 54 billion Euro for the environment was approved by Germany

6:16 AM 0

Under pressure from ecological organisations and the increasingly frequent public protests as well as voters, the German government has decided to go ahead with more drastic solutions to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the country. The decisions taken under Mrs Merkel initially concern the car industry. Starting in 2023, the financial incentives given by the government to buy an electric car under 40,000 euros will be further strengthened.

As disincentive for the purchase of a conventional vehicle will gradually increase the price of petrol and diesel, in the first phase from 3 minutes per litre. The overall programme of the actions of Germany costs EUR 54 billion and also includes the upgrading of the railway network and the improvement of homes in various ways in order to become less energy intensive.
