Incentives for electric cars announces from Greek government

Tax incentives for the purchase of electric cars are expected to be established by 2020, as announced by the Deputy Minister of Finance, Apostolos Vesiropoulos.
"Incentives will be given to the world to buy clean and electric cars. We want to withdraw from the Greek roads the cars that pollute the environment, " he stressed among other things in a morning informative show.

As explained the incentives will include "reducing traffic charges, use taxes and registration fees" to replace old technology cars. "A prerequisite for the tax exemptions to be applied is for the new car to emit zero pollutants. The measure is expected to enter into force from the new Year ".
