A very important announcement concerning Tesla was made by the Government of China, where the Tesla electric car manufacturer is exempt from the 10% duty imposed on imported American cars. The decision became known after the transition of Elon Musk and other Tesla executives to China.

The exception, which previously only applied to domestic electrical automakers, affects all models of Tesla sold in China. As expected, the news caused the Tesla stock to rise on Wall Street. We still do not know about China's specific reaction to Tesla but it can certainly play a role in the new Gigafactory 3 that the American company is preparing in China.
